Inserting the name, address and a order barcode is a basic label. Our area of expertise is building complex, dynamic labels with variable data. Integrated, automated systems require SQL database interaction and interaction with your EPR system. As each order is processed, we’ll provide the custom system to retrieve the core fields, access the business rules for conditional processing of the data, then produce the formatted print file.

We have partnered with automation companies to produce the variable data literature print and thermal label print in fully automated production systems. We can produce labels for different manufacturer printers, such as Panther, Datamax and BellMark on the same floor with the same processing system. The label print system can also query your ERP system and build the complementary literature files for the order.
